How to Place a Phone Order: Before you call, we require you to set up your order online to ensure order accuracy. This simple four step task is outlined below.

STEP 1
Select a product's Order Page below. A new window will open.

STEP 2
Now that you are on a product's order page your screen should look similar to the example screen below.

Click NEXT to Proceed.

STEP 3
Complete the Customer Information section as shown below.

Select "Phone" as Method of Payment as shown above.
Click NEXT to Obtain the Toll-Free Number.

STEP 4
When you get to the screen below you will be shown the toll-free number, your REFERENCE number and your order's total.

The REFERENCE number is required for the purchase to take place over the phone. Your order can not be processed without this very important number.

After a successful purchase you will INSTANTLY receive an email containing your receipt and download instructions.
