HELP MY ANTI-VIRUS SAYS ITS A VIRUS!
Don't worry. There's no virus whatsoever. Anti-virus companies label our software as viruses because of their hidden nature which records activities. Just turn your Auto-Protect off inside your anti-virus OR add an exception so the following folder is ignored: c:\Windows\System32\ScreenRX and then reinstall the software.

GETTING INTO SCREEN-SPY
After you install Screen-Spy from the download url provided in this email, Screen-Spy will automatically run in hidden mode. To access Screen-Spy, use the following default hot key steps:
1. EXIT all open windows so that you see your entire desktop.
2. Click once on any blank spot on your desktop (not on an icon).
3. Press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+I Hold all four keys down until the password box pops up.
4. The dialog box will pop up and ask for the password.
5. Enter the default password, which is "retinax" without quotes.

UNINSTALLING SCREEN-SPY
When your monitoring tasks are over and you wish to remove the software, please follow these instructions.
1. Press CTRL ALT DEL and click Processes
2. End the process "win16dll.exe"
3. Then open My Computer and navigate to c:\Windows\System32
4. Right-click the folder "ScreenRX" and go to Delete. Then click Yes to confirm.
5. Then empty your recycle bin.
